Restaurant Balzac offers patrons cellar nights (BYO) every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for wine aficionados and novices alike for only $15 a bottle. There is no better way to enjoy your special bottle which has been collecting dust under the house with Matt Kemp’s ever-changing array of flavours.
